Monona Public Library Mission Statement
The Monona Public Library's primary mission is to provide, through the use of a variety of technologies, current, high-demand materials in a wide range of formats and subjects to fill the information and recreation needs of area residents and businesses. Through a balanced, well-maintained and current collection, the Library also seeks to stimulate the reading and learning interests of our citizens--from preschool children through the life-long learning or vocational needs of adults and seniors. We also seek to provide timely, accurate reference and information services to our customers, using the resources of our collection, electronic sources, and the broad resources of our regional library system
