Donations of Materials - Guidelines
Thank you for your donation to the Monona Public Library!
Donations are sorted by Library staff. Most donations go to the Friends of the Library Book Sale. Some may be added to the Library's Collection.
Donated books must be:
- Gently used
- Clean & dry
- In sellable condition
We don't need and can't take:
- Dirty, moldy, or smelly books!!!
- Encyclopedia sets or Dictionaries more than two years old
- College or School Textbooks
- Most magazines
We gladly accept:
- DVDs & Videos
- CDs and Books on CD
- Magazines related to cooking, gardening, crafts, parenting, and children's magazines
