Monona Library Named 2010 Wisconsin Library of the Year!
We are proud and humbled to announce that the Wisconsin Library Association has named Monona its 2010 Library of the Year. Welcome to the Will Keck Public Library of Monona
Thursday, September 9, the library will be renamed the Will Keck Public Library. A Family member booked the day on behalf of Will as part of last year's successful Booked for Life campaign.
Monona Saturday Cinema: Foreign and Independent Art Films
The wonderful series sponsored by the Friends of the Monona Library returns at a new time: select Saturdays at 1pm. Enjoy some of the best critically acclaimed films at an affordable price: FREE! Discussion and sometimes snack afterward. The first movie of the fall schedule, Only When I Dance, is set for Saturday Sept 11, at 1pm. We are fortunate enough to have award-winning Professor of Dance, Robin Pettersen leading our discussion. All films are intended for a mature audience. Come and experience one of Monona’s library treasures!
