The Komen Collection

Don't forget our Komen Collection - it's for everyone!  There are books on stress reduction, creativity, meditation, nutrition and memoirs, and we keep adding new titles.

We are proud to announce that the Monona Public Library was once again awarded a 2012/2013 renewal grant from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure - South Central Wisconsin Affiliate to continue building our special collection on breast cancer and women’s health. This collection circulates materials on breast cancer and breast health-related materials for all ages; materials include books, DVDs, picture books and audio books in English and Spanish, as well as online and local resources. Grant monies were also awarded to establish satellite Susan G. Komen Special Collections at Gilda's Club and Breast Cancer Recovery.
